I picked up a lot of what you said beforehand, but never thought much of it. At least now I know I'm not insane. It seems fair enough if they are ripping other things they get it back. I'm gonna figure out if any other races or things have anything to relate to. (Besides a few obvious ones)

True...except you ignore how much 40k rips off from everyone ELSE.
The 'Nids were lifted by GW out of the Aliens movies. Genestealers, and the game Space Hulk, bear shocking resemblance to that movie series. Early Warrior models also bore that resemblance out.
That's not to say there hasn't been a LOT of original work put into 40k, but when you get down to it...they ripped off others just as much as Blizzard ripped them off for SC.

I have to say, that voice-over artist was trying wayyyy to hard to sound ominous and evil. It would have been more creepy with less emotion.

The zerg are actually wussies right now.. Blizzard needs to fix them. At the very least, Hydralisks take too long to unlock (they require a Lair). But at the same time, I don't play Zerg, so I'm not as concerned, but they really don't pose enough of a threat.
Every other race has virtually immediate access to anti-air. There's a whole thread, I hear, on the forums about how nerfed they are.
