Here is a quick video where we are working the head lights on the Blade. We had to go with a slight redesign but I think its going to turn out nice if not better than before. Let me know what you think.

What is that material that was used to patch that corner around the 50 second mark?

If I understand you right, I used expanding foam to fill the area for support then I applied fiberglass chopped mat into the recessed area and then applied a few more layers , then sand.
