I am no psyche person, just wrote something in my thought for sharing.

Massive cosmic energy is bormbing earth right now, more human are awakening as well.
But there is a problem, due to the nagativity that was accumulated in past centuries will resist the cosmic energy and cause the transition to be violent.
There is a physical explanation. The analogy can be imagine by electromagnetism, where when this energy energetic wave hit the earth, it can be simplified into four aspects:
Reflection, Refraction, Absorption and Resonance.
When reflection occured, the energy wave is changing into machanical wave. We could not felt this in normal life because the force is insignicant. However it is theoretical possible that this force can be massive if large energy wave is accounted. Because negative energy is densified energy, therefore it can be account for the energy wave reflection, thus mutiplying the impulsive force that causing the earth quakes, tsunami, and possible violent transition during pole shifting.
Refraction only available for substance that having less dense molecule or symmetric crytaline structure, where the energy wave will just simply penetrate by without producing much effects. Assuming that if negativity is a chaotic order of energy form, then it be be acting like imputrites tabulated within or unsymetrical internal structures, that causes the uneven energy flow, which is harmful to life system on the earth. Such example will be like mysterious dying animals, weather abnormalies and violent underground activities.
Absorption is a phenamena when a body absorp the bombarded energy wave and transform into heat. Again if the negative enrgy is assumed as imputrites or unsymetrical form, will cause the decrease of thermal conductivitity of earth structure, resulting of overheating of atmoshphere and ground.
Resonance in physics is by mean of producing mechanical vibration when the body and the wave is tunning into same frequency. For a vibrating system that contains huge amount of energy, it is either large in amplitude with low frequency or small in amplitue with high frequency. The only thing we need to know here is heavy mass is proportional to the amplitude so the negative energy, beacause it can be reponsible for mechanical destruction force.
From above four physical phenomenan explained, that it is logical that why the massage of healing is most critical at this moment, which will smoothing the earth transition process. Although this explanation sound so physical, but the actual action to be taken are all spiritual, to clear the nagative energy of human being!
Of all the matter right now the key is in your heart, which is in the form of vibrant energy, which is called unconditional love.
There are poeple doing very gret job on awakening people, however sometimes it is not helping for clearing the negative energy because it is mental and intellectual based with less heartful words. Use your heart to sense the energy before you want to feed yourself and to others with it.
The are people that help to creating love energy but sometimes not doing well no resolving negative energy. Because sometimes it is not meant for creating but to learn the unconditional love.
The are people that just not worked along with love, just let them go.
It is now a critical moment to clear the nagaive energy for smoothing the earth transition.
Stop fear mongering
Make heart wording
Stop complaning
Do more laughing
Stop aggitating
Quiet yourself down
Ofcause there are variaty of negative issues of our life. We all need to learn and do it ourself.
I also created a meditative way based on the previous theorems, plus with my little medatation knowledge. I hope this really helps for the earth changes.
Imagine the negativities,
the chaotic dark impurities.
Imagine the darkness flowing,
vortexing and purifying.
Imagine the light,
shinning and filling.
Imagine the crystal,
symmetrying and amplifying.
The new earth now is beautiful,
everyone had done a great job.
Feel the peace,
feel the light,
feel the love,
put your though back to yourself,
let the energy heal yourself.
