Your terms say that your 3 month membership starts the day you click "join" on your youtube channel. I joined the channel over a week ago and according to your terms my 90 membership is counting down but I have not received any information! I was planning to visit the MOCA using my free membership but I have not been able to. Is this just a big scam?
