Just a note: I recommend these blackmetal songs as "some" of the best black metal has to offer. I don't really care about the order of the songs. This is not a real "top 10" where many blackmetal listener might disagree.

@PsyloActiv I like them equally actually...for me it was a random pick. But yes..u could say that 'I am the black wizards' is a more logical choice, wich falls in the category of 'real classics' :P:P But hey...these are just my preferances. I'm here to drop my opinion, not other people's opinion ;)

But this boils down to preferance. And besides stormblast i dont consider Dimmu as interesting for what bm has become. (and is considered to be).

Everyone is entitled to have their opinion :)

But taake?? I'd really skip that one. Good band. But to say influential...?

Are you trolling? Dude, They don't have a hint of Death Metal in their music, They are pure Black metal, On their Antichrist album it even has printed on the cover, "true Norwegian Black Metal" Why the hell would they print that if they are Death Metal, Seriously do some research
