Good workout but they should be squatting when picking up the sandbags. You'll get your ass chewed If a PT officer sees you picking up a heavy object with straight legs, and it's also a liability for the rest of us.

A back not being completely straight isn't the end of the world. Many 800+ deadlifters would appear to have rounded backs, and strongman competitors always round their backs when lifting Atlas stones. The danger occurs when the rounding of the back is accompanied by a loss of intra-thoracic pressure, or if the glutes and hamstrings aren't activated. Another thing to consider is that the sandbag is 75lbs, likely nowhere near a maximal load for either of these gentlemen.
