Megan's Journey: From spinal taps to Glamorama

On May 9, 2008, young Megan Nurnberger was diagnosed with leukemia. Now in sixth grade, Megan has survived a long trial of sometimes-painful treatment with the love and support of her family and friends. Now, Megan is dedicated to helping find a cure for cancer and is eager to share her story to help others. That's why she was chosen by Macy's to be the "child ambassador" for Glamorama 2009, a high-profile fashion and entertainment event to benefit Children's Cancer Research Fund.

This child is very special, not only because she's brave, and a cancer survivor, but because she's so good at communicating and speaking to an unseen audience, sharing her life. She's a natural choice for raising awareness of childhood leukemia.. She has skills that are unusual in adults, not to mention a young person 11 or 12 years old!

great video my heart go out to you and i know a little about your cond* you might want to see rick simpsons run from the cure you don't have to smoke hemp , an it does cure cancer i have bone degeneration an my first hip repla* ,glaucoma hep b and c and my disk's in my back are going in CA one can get hemp from the pot store and a few other states , not where i live and i tried to get off the morphine my Dr's give me by using suboxone that only gave me grand mal seizures so thanks for your story
