without there warm-ups they can't make these moves

They have tons of warm up moves to keep their bodies flexib;e like that. It may be bad for her knee, but the damage is less than it would be if she didn't do said warm up motions. Just thought I'd put it out there.

in order to look as graceful as Elena Lev, you need years of getting-use-to with the hoops. some people practice the routine quickly and perform, but I believe that Elena has lived side by side with her hoop act... :)
