This is the first episode of my 40 Day Weight Loss Challenge. This is a video blog about my journey to weight loss for the next 40 days and how I was able or unable to accomplish this task. At the end of the 40 days, I will have to perform a reward or punishment suggested by friends or You Tube viewers at the end of the challenge if I reach my goals or not. Please leave some comments or feedback about what I should do for a reward or punishment. I will pick the most reasonable and fair suggestion I receive so let me know. This is my first You Tube video, so forgive me if I seem a lil dry at first. The next video will be a lil more exciting.
You might look into getting a health supplement at the grocery store: Spirulina. It is sea-algae... filled with nutrients (called a "Superfood") but it is high in Tyrosine (an amino acid) that it suppresses hunger.
I'm on day 12 of a water fast and I have not felt any hunger on any day and I'm also bouncing off the walls with energy. I take 6 tablets of spirulina for each meal. You could take it for breakfast or dinner.
It is sold at all the health food stores.

Thanks I'll look into it. I've been taking men's vitamins and other supplements, it really does give you more energy.
