i dont powder my decks for general flourishing and day to day use,,although i do have a couple of decks powdered... i took one powdered deck to the location of this video,,and i use it only to make the fans, as it was a hot day,,and after several hours of flourishing my split spades were dead,and could not fan,,, so i threw them up in the air when we were done!..lol.
