Thank you, we have done a few trips inc the Alps and found it easy to base at one place, in the case of the Pyrenees we stayed in the town of Jaca. If you stay right in the middle of amazing riding country each day you can go off on a different looped trip and not have to carry all your gear nor worry about where you will stay that night. Stay in a hotel, they are so cheap if you hunt round and both the one in Jaca and in the Alps last year had secure parking. We go Apr/May to avoid tourists

Great vid. Off to the Pyrennes for the 5th time this Sunday. 10 days touring, but on road bikes :( Love the off-road stuff.

Ok thanks for the advice bro,we like to pitch our tents and chill out,but we have stayed in hotels on previous trips to France,7.50 euro a tent per night in France in some of the best and secure campsites i ever been,swimming pools bars restaurants the lot.

We wont have to worry bout where we are staying as we plan it all out before we get there,but haven't been to the pyrenees until this august so just wondering if you pitched a tent up there.

Cool video man,I'm heading over to France on my R 1200 GS on 26th August 2011 and hope to reach the Pyrenees on the 28th with three mates,can't wait,did you go into Andorra or Carcosanne or camp in any of the camp sites on the Pyrenees?What was the weather like when you were there?
