That is because there is more women on earth then men. Leave out the gays/les if every woman & man married there will be more women without husband in America alone. What they become public property because they can't get a husband?. That would be he case in America alone and around the world.

@ abusalameh. That verse kill the idolaters was for the peagan arAbs that broke the treaty & start killing Muslims, before the battle of badr. Marry the women in 2, 3 or 4, but if you can't do right by them all marry only one, surely that is best for you say he whole verse and not just part.

@only1wayJC Ty, but no, we believe in Jesus, peace be upon him, and also the Injeel, gospel, but we do not take him as God. Saying Jesus or any of the creations as God is something stupid. Who gives us the right to do that? We are nothing infront of God.
