Good luck i told them no way i want surgery so there using appliances to do the work, will take a little longer but as long as i dont get surgery.. My Herbst Appliance will be doing about the same thing as what your surgeon will be doing.

Its hard for me in terms of the appliances because my jaw is in such a unique position - but I am happy to give the surgery a go provided it fixes the problem.
Thanks about the braces compliment, its not something you exactly feel extactic to be wearing! But seeing how much theyve straightened up already is great motivation :)
Your braces look good too! I know all to well the adjusting to talking thing
