The e-cig was a Godsend to me.
I smoked Camel no filters for many years. I realized there were bad additives in them, but overlooked it. When the e-cig came out, nicotine without the extra poisons, I finally saw how terrible mass market smokes were; incredibly evil business.
I weaned off the Camels very quickly by use of the e-cig (though with some tough withdrawals). Shortly thereafter, I didn't need the e-cig.
Best thing I've done in a long time- was to quit smoking. You can too.
