Just because your turning right doesn't make the red light green does it? I didn't think so.
Now I know that turning right on red IS legal, BUT you have to stop first.

wow i just got a ticket in the mail for the same thing! like at midnight i turned right on red without coming to a complete stop on a totally empty street, and got a 75 dollar ticket in the mail! i love texas!

@WeeCJ95 This used to be almost universally true, but the state economies are getting so bad here, the cities are trying to find ANY excuse to bring in money. So now we're seeing ridiculous laws popping up like this, and now the whole issue of the red-light traffic cameras...

I had some arrogant whore in a toyota camry who physically bumped me to make me turn right at a red light. and there was a sign saying : NO RIGHT TURN ON RED! stupid dyke!
