@mrjayhg he doesnt kno who the suspect is, for all he knows he could be a convict vowed never to go back to jail and take whoever down with him. The suspect put himself there, and really if the cop wanted to he couldve rammed the bike in the field, but he didnt...nice try

Cops wonder why the general public hates them, drawing a gun on a crash victim. He must have reached for a gun while he was flipping helplessly through the air. Is there ever a situation where cops don't use excessive force? Fat fucking pussy.
