"Beyond the Epic Run" - Pain

"Beyond the Epic Run" is a feature length documentary film about a Swiss couple who live their dream to run around the world.  Together, Serge and Nicole Roetheli leave for an adventure that leads them through Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the United States, testing their boundaries, strengthening their minds and challenging their bodies.  Running a marathon every other day, Serge the endurance sports runner runs approximately 25,000 miles in five years, while wife Nicole films him with their personal camera on her Yamaha motorcycle.  Excerpts from her personal diary reveal experiences and accomplishments throughout their journey together.

thank you guys this is just beautiful!!!! fuck my little hip pain ive been having...tomorrow i get to run one more time the san diego marathon and im going to do it pain or ..............pain? last year i stoped at mile 16 and that has been my nickname for a whole year i want to change that to mile 26.2.....my new plan? im only running 1 mile thats it.....26 times :)
