how did it stay lit under water?

@whatsupbrabra I had the green safety fuse and I wrapped it in electrical several times to make it water tight.

@STFUbelgium Possibly, at the firework stands I went to they had two kinds though; the green, slow-burning safety fuse and very fast burning fuse that was yellow.
