@jgoemat It's hard to tell if the cops had an opportunity to miss this person but he sure as heck had an opportunity to notice that 5 horses clomping along on an asphalt walkway were approaching. And horses don't necessarily respond instantly to commands, they have a mind of their own.
And if you look closely the kid is not standing still he's moving across the path making it doubly hard to know which way to change course in order to miss him.

@dimbulb23 The part where he popped in front of them? The far policeman saw and got around to the left, the near policeman wasn't able to see but did get his horse around when he did see the guy.

He rolled a lower initiative and took -10 hp, trample damage. Bonus to hit from rear. Protestor moral debuff. I couldn't go to one of these protests, because I would def go to jail if that was my homie getting run down. I don't give a f'ck, cop or not, you don't treat people like that. I wouldn't riot, break windows or steal, but I would end up throwing shit at those f*cking cops. Taser that horse and flip that cop on his ass. I just can't see how people remain peaceful, fear of jail, lame.
