Driving at the beaches is prohibited on the Canary Islands and most of the world, except in vast countries and remote areas where the cops prefer drinking a beer and having a chat with the criminals.
Except in Australia where you get fines when you are not guilty and waken up by rangers at 3AM checking the if you have paid the National Park fees
