She's not only standing up for emo/scene kids. She is standing up for everyone, she's merely using emo's as an example and she brings up an extremley valid point "There is to much violence and hatred and racism, sexism. There needs to be more love". What was ever wrong with wanting peace within steriotypes and races etc. People that make fun of this girl clearly don't hear the main point in what she is saying.
