  • Hello, did you purchase a carb kit for this engine? I traded for the exact same engine, have to re-seal the lower unit and Im thinking carb kit too...

Can you let me know where you bought your parts from and can you give me any tips for this motor? Greatly appreciated

  • Starts soooo gooodddd!!!

  • i use three motors between me and my uncle, a johnson 20, evinrude 9 1/2, and a johnson 9 1/2. the johnson 20 shifts, and idles smoother than an motor ive ever used

  • I had a 72 evinrude 25 sold it and now I got same motor like yours but 20 hp Johnson will update video later. Check out my evinrudes

  • @ooldschooll looks like a perfect math for that v-hull in the back/

  • does it use a lot of gas?

  • @jsesTM Ya they are a bit of a pain motor but they can be repaired.

  • wow that IS a good lookin motor runs good too i have a '72 9.5 tht needs about $250 in parts its kinda discouraging for me
