I have stopped for 4 months and yes the Chantix helped. However, I do not reccomend it. Chantix made me put a gun to my wifes face and later had me contemplating suicide. I'm still depressed but doing much better. Fizer did the study of chantix for the FDA, that's the fox telling you all the hens are in the hen house while feathers spew from its mouth. Side effects are far more common. I never had a mental history but this evil shit can turn you into someone you don't want to be.

You said over 200 chemicals in a cig? Throughout my research, I have consistently found that the range of chemicals in a cig are about 4,000. Why do you say there are only over 200 chemicals in a cig?

Ive been taking Chantix for 3 weeks. Quit the cigs 2 weeks ago. Cravings come but not nearly as much as without chantix. I used to go bananas trying to quit without Chantix. Irritable and emotional. Not so much with Chantix. I have a few mild side effects from chantix. Dreams a little more crazy than usual, constipation and sometimes nausea. All of this I will gladly put up with if my end result is being a non smoker. I never made it past 5 days with cold turkey or other methods.

It's amazing to see the difference between a Dr's comments on Chantix and a Lawyers. If I do my math right Dr's will lose profits/visits if people can find a way to quit smoking which is too bad but this is what you are trained to do. The Lawyers are poised to put a class action lawsuit out on Pfizer due to the reported suicides that were a result of using Chantix. Now I can't discredit this info but can say that all the side effects I have felt are the same as a cold turkey quiting side effects
