This is not accurate. The entire point of a seppuku ritual was to die while maintaining one's dignity and honor. A show of pain or to cry for help would have been the greatest dishonor.

This is just a reenactment of a seppuku ritual, it's not necessarily accurate. It was actually rare for a man to scream or even make a face of pain when doing this.
