This is not how it worked. The Samurai who died choosed when his assistant killed him, because if he had any signs of pain, it was worthless. The head wasnt cut off, there had to be a bit of skin left.

@BrFelo I would say, there is nothing to force. Simply looking, honest looking and seing of where we are in disharmony, where we are forcing and where we are selling out either out of fear or in order to get something. Eventually all manipulation leaves you and you become simple. Check out Mooji and Adyashanti if you are interested in these kinds of things. If they don't appeal, there are many others ....

@claudelebel55 The thing about ego.... is your family, your loved ones, your propriety, part of you or part of something else? I think it is both, many things connects ourselves with outter world.

The hard part is something total strange... total Other, like a far-foreigner propriety, or the freedom of drug-addicts street people that lives in your own city....It needs insane clarity to see it as part of you.

@BrFelo about living 30 to 70 years to something else that isn't you.- that's right but this is also ego-based and misguided - You must be true to yourself but people compromise out of fear or greed - giving your life does not mean becoming a people pleaser - it means giving your life to a higher principle, call it Truth, God, Love whatever you like. Without such clarity, whatever we do will create unecessary suffering. .
