To Remove An Update
Click the XBOX Guide Button
Go to SETTINGS blade in Xbox 360 dashboard, then SYSTEM SETTINGS.
Scroll to MEMORY and press Y on the hard drive to open DEVICE OPTIONS
Then press the following sequence of buttons: X , X , LB , RB , X , X .
You will be asked if you want to perform maintenance on your hard drive and delete updates. Choose YES
To reinstall the update, just go back onto Xbox Live
