  • Good video, well worth watching

  • Have either of these two actually run?

  • Adding this exercise for a few weeks is good. However, the main benefit of this is improving the neuromuscular connection. In a few weeks these benefits are realized and you need to progress. Remember, you only need about 10% of the possible strength from these stabilizer muscles to actually stabilize. The ability to stabilize is only possible if the timing of the muscle firing is correct. Something this doesn't teach. So do these for a few weeks. Then get off your butt!

  • Great exercise; amazing how weak the glutes are initially when doing this. Good and simple way to strengthen glutes

  • Perhaps this video will prevent me from running like I have a knife sticking out the back of my thigh today. My bowleggedness makes it rather hard for my knees to touch though. Jokes aside, these videos are helpful.
