It might seem like BS, but it isn't... this stuff is very very real. Such a punch goes "inside" the body, it really hurts. (I know, got a couple yesterday when training) Its a very brute, extremely "heavy" punch. Just try to experience receiving such a punch... then you sing another tone and realize that your comment here is not correct. Try it yourself, and then comment, be open. Don't have a closed mind.

actually kiddos he's Britain's top bare knuckle boxer, he knows how to fight

size DOES not matter in a fight- Fedor Emilianenko has proved this MANY times by defeating much larger opponents.

Interesting to see mainly comments here thinking its a scam. My advise is... try it yourself and then comment. By the way, its not a scam... these punches feel like you have been hit by a sledgehammer that want to go through your body. I am not joking.

You don't get the point. Its a sneaky punch as well... in systema you are not going to stand in a ""o.k. I am ready defensive stance" besides, this is a demo. Main point is showing how to execute this punch here, and not mimicking an fight.

Very funny, theonly shitty thing about it is it´s total and utter BS lol

I've been training and fighting for 25yrs and this is a load of crap

HAHAHA. I think that's what Fedor Emelianenko does.

if he fought anyone tough he'd get KO'd. He never covers up!

Or this is so great.. or this Val guy is so great. Why is he making a video and not doing MMA or some form of striking combat professionally? Does this only work with bare hands? I think it's a load of bull shit personally. Striking power starts at the feet and you get all of your power from the hips. Also.. SIZE MATTERS in a fight.
fighterx,
One of the things you have to do to learn this method of striking is to first unlearn what you think you know about striking. As part of Val's marketing team I struggle with how to convey in video what the reality is really like on the other end of these strikes. There is science here, imagine a 15 pound hinged club. That club is your arm, Ballistic striking teaches you to get in touch with that club.

Seeing this another way if you cut off a human arm, held it like a bat and hit someone with it, how much damage do you think that would do? The soft motion you see allows the weight of the arm to deliver the blow. There is also far more "hip" action then you realize.
