HAIR TUTORIAL: how to curl hair with a straightening iron

i think this hairstyle is simple, but looks like it took a long time to do it. this method takes me about 20 minutes to do. and with practice, probably 15 minutes. with a curling iron it would take me an hour.

i use the Andis straightener from walmart. it's like 16 bucks.

your hair is very healthy looking and thick! how do you keep it so healthy when straightening every week?

deep conditioning and making sure my hair is fully dry when i straighten it. i usually see split ends like 2.5 months after i get it cuz when straightening my hair 2-3 times a week. plus, im not sure how many degrees my andis hair straightener goes to when at the highest setting b/c i use the highest setting. another tip would be to make sure you're setting your straightener to the right temp for your hair type. hope this helps!!

Thanks for the video, I used to just curl the bottom of my hair because I didn't know you could do it from the top and it never turned out right! It looks easy when you do it!

Here's a little tip: Try to speak a little bit louder on your next tutorial or video. (NO OFFENSE) I just couldn't hear you that well... but I love how you curled your hair with a flat iron it really was quick and easy!!!!!
