i honestly do not know why he opened it up. i mean i could under stand if it was a rare game that almost no one has ever played so ou could post it on youtube. such as a home brew game. but this is Pit fall part one and most people have played this game so you really did not need to open it to play it. i myself have 2 copys of this game. i never bought them factory sealed but you messed up you were sitting on a treasue worth 35 dollars if its un-opened

You have probably already read and found out, but those images in the back of the manual are Activision club patches. If you got a high score in a game, you could send in a picture of your score, and they would send you a patch back. Some of those are SERIOUS collector's items now. The only way to get one was to send in a high score. So unless you found someone who worked for Activision who had some spare, or found a box of unused ones, the ones that exist are earned by the people who got them.
