Joe said nothing and ran away so fast that he became invisible for a human eye.
Paul:*Sighs* Do you think he'll come back?
Denise: I hope so. He's just found out some news that's really big for him, let him have some time alone.
Paul: Yeah, you're right.
*Nick and Kevin walked in*
Nick: I'm guessing he knows now.
Denise: Yeah, how'd you figure out?
Nick:*Shrugs* Lucky guess.
*WIth Joe*
Joe runs toward Demi's house and was debating whether he should tell her or not.
He rang the doorbell.
Neil (Demi's aunt): *she opened the door* Oh hey
Joe: Hi, I'm Joe. Can I see Demi?
Neil: Sure. She's in her room. Upstairs, second door on the left.
Joe: Thanks *he went upstairs and knocked on Demi's door*
Demi: Come in
Joe: Hey.
Demi: Hi *blushing* What are you doing here? Not that I don't like too, I mean um...What are you doing here?
Joe: *he chuckled* I just wanted to see you
Demi: *grinning* Really?
Joe: Yeah. Hanging as friends.
Demi: Oh
Joe: Yeah, so what shall we do?
Demi: I don't know. Watch a movie?
Joe: Yeah, sure.
*They picked a movie and both sat on Demi's bed*
Joe:*Pulled Demi closer*
Demi:*Her head was on Joe's chest and she was very close to Joe. She was admiring his scent. She loved everything about him. And what she didn't know was that he felt the same way about her.*
Joe:*He wrapped his arms around her*
Neil:*Walked in.* Oh, sorry. I didn't realise I was interrupting. Are you guys a couple now?
Joe/Demi: No!
Demi/Joe:*Thinks at the same time* I wish.
Neil: Can I talk to Demi for a sec?
Demi: Sure *she walked out of the room*
Neil: I'm going to the flower shop now
Demi: Ok
Neil: Behave
Demi: I will
Neil: Don't forget protection
Demi: *blushing* Aunt Neil!
Neil: Just in case
Demi: He doesn't like me this way
Neil: But you do *she left*
Demi walked back in her room
Joe smiled and opened his arms
Demi cuddled to him
She thinks: I hope he didn't heard what Neil said. It'll be so embarassing.
Demi: Umm Joe?
Joe: Yeah Dems?
Demi: Did you hear the conversation with my aunt?
Joe: No. Why?
Demi: No reason.
Joe: Ok?
Demi; So, why did you come here in the first place?
Joe: Like I said. To hang out.
Demi:*Looks him in the eyes* Is that the real reason Joe?
Joe: *weak* No
Demi: You can tell me
Joe: I can't
Demi: *hurt* Why?
Joe: I'm not ready
Demi: Will you tell me one day?
Joe: Yes
Demi: I'll wait so. Anyway, how's life?
Joe: Good. You?
Demi: Same here. Um, any girl in your life?
She thinks: If he says yes, I'd die
Joe: No
Demi: Awesome! Um, I mean, you'll find someone. You're not in a hurry.
Joe: Yeah. Any boys in yours?
He thinks: She's a beauty. She must have a guy
Demi: No.
Joe: Cool! I mean um I'm sure you'll find someone too.
Demi: Yeah.
Joe's phone suddenly rings.
Joe: 1 sec. *Demi nods. He answers his phone.* Hello?
Denise: JOSEPH ADAM JONAS, GET YOUR ASS BACK TO THIS HOUSEHOLD RIGHT NOW!!!!
Joe: NO!! YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!! YOU'RE NOT MY REAL MOM!!!
Denise:*Gets teary eyes. Joe saying that to her, when she has raised him all these years. She obviously knows she's not his real mom, but she loves him like her own son.* I know, but I've raised you all these years! You should be grateful!
Joe: I am. But, you could've told me!!
Denise: I know, I'm sorry. I was scared. And I love you like my own son!!
Joe: I know and I love you like my own mother, even though I was only a baby and I have no idea who my parents were!
Denise: I know, I don't either. I wish I knew.
