What is fuck is this. He read the quote twice, and hen misquoted it. m not too big on McCain, but he said he agreed we should inflste our tires, that he agrees with, but his disagreement is that inflating your tires wont do anything to get us energy dependant, nor will it keep the price of gas going up, unless they start making tires biggger every time the price og gas goes up, and how fing stupid is that. What experts say this? This has no factual basis.

a) Not all oil is not refined into gas or diesel. It is less than 50%

b) Properly inflated tires can increase your MPG by 3-4% IF you have poorly inflated tires. So what about everyone that already has properly inflated tires? How many flat tires does it take for the B.O. plan to work? Billions?

This is not about energy independence. It was a response to a question about what we can personally do to help the oil problem.

It's amazing how Obama has bamboozled his lemmings off the subject that we need oil independence from foreign oil. He said filling our tires will save us about 3% so that means we will still buy 97% foreign oil. He even said McCain want to "drill under his feet there". Yes, because the oil under McCain feet is American oil and our only solution to get off foreign oil independency.

And how does saving us from buying 800,000 barrels of foreign oil per day get us off buying foreign oil? The McCain point is drill here for our own oil. Obama did say under McCain's feet so Obama gets it. He just will not say it.

Thats actually true. If all Americans kept their tires inflated, we would save billions of barrels of oil (according to US Department of Energy).
