Here's mhanson51 and a training partner performing a set of 200 pound tire alternating overhead shoulder presses. This exercise is for serious upper body strength. After the set they challenge the core by walking with the tire remaining overhead.

Yeaaaa buddy, this reminds me of Hell Week when the Navy Seals hoist logs and their rafts over their heads for 100's of yards.
