@SFCGrazier Its a method of moving that allows you to walk while shooting accurately at the same time. With a lot of practice, you can shoot (accurately) while running.
It's vaguely like how professional cameramen move to keep the video smooth. I'm not sure, but in the video it looks like you don't have a stable enough base while moving to be shooting really accurately. Too much side to side movement. Then again, it's just a video and I can't tell.
