i heard jillian michaels( the trainer on the biggest loser) say the best way to have them is by simply heating them in the microwave?Is that true?do they lose nutrients this way?please answer.thanks

@imaimaadiva123 Microwaves should be illegal. They are as detrimental to our health as smoking...just my opinion!
