Looks great, now they will have to rename it "Smuggler's Stopped!" No longer a playground of smugglers ferrying their illegal cargo with impunity into the United States. It will be a formidable deterrent to illegal immigration in this area. Similar fencing infractructure and berm building has already completely transformed the area between the San Ysidro and Otay POE's and produced near total operational control. 10 years of litigation and finally DHS and the citizens of San Diego have prevailed
