An 8-speed and it STILL shifts at over 40 MPH? WHY DODGE!?

I imagine if you don't have it floored it shifts into second sooner just like most cars shift later the harder you push it. if it shifter sooner your rpm's would drop taking the hp and torque with it.

@MrHmood123 Malibu. I've beat a lot of newer Charger V6's and even beat some older body style Hemi (5.7L) as well.

@721bigron yeah the camry does it in 5.5 sec but the camry weighs alot less. The charger is 4100 pound car. 60 to 120 the camry gets owned , i know i did it today!

great video! could you tell me at what rpm's is the engine working on highway? how does the driving feels?

@motorolo14 feels very similar to the 2011 with the 5 speed. The 8 speed is very fast at downshifting and shifts are smooth and crisp. Very nice highway car.
