This establish a new 100% = 231kg/508lbs. Step by step, PR by PR. Really I do not care if you lift more or less than me. For me, this is a competition against myself. To improve and become as good as I possibly can. If you are honest, and you train hard, that is something I can respect.

This was not the best day I have had in the gym, but I had rested from very heavy lifts for almost a week, and therefore I went for it as I tought I would have the required energy. I was happy with this lift today.

Special greetings go to HHH396, Freaknick and TURNTOCHRIST for their continuing support. (Sorry if you are not mentioned, your input it still appreciated)

No, I am not switching to conventional style.

Yes, I lift without a belt.

Thank you in advance for your comment, all is read, but I do not answer to all of them.

:o Må juble for perser. Trening er livet! :D Må huske på at jeg var veldig skada i ryggen og ikke kunne ta markløft på nesten 2 år, så da blir det ekstra jubel vet du! Skadet meg før showlift i Kristiansand i 2007..

  • Thanks for the good words.

  • Well you're doing well mate. Really well.

  • It is very often the case that those who have anything negative to say do not have any videos themselves. :) But there is nothing else but to keep going. I have been lifting for almost 10 years, and will just keep lifting. :) Thanks and have a good day!

  • No problem dude. I took a look at one particular person on here who felt the need to criticise the sumo style of lift, looked through his videos and big surprise he had no vids of himself lifting. Internet i full of these crackpots. Maybe some people should be out practicing their lifts instead of trawling through youtube to criticise others.

    Keep up the training bro!

  • Thanks. I do not really care about what other people think. But sometimes I get fed up when people talk about that I should not do sumo and switch to conventional. :) If it was all about the poundages liftes I would use a belt in the squat and a belt in the deadlift. I lift beltless, and I seek to improve my lifts. That is all what I can do! :) Have a good week!

  • Excellent lift mate. I love your channel, I can't believe the KJ crew have issues with sumo style deads. Like you said it's all about what works for you.

  • You will get to my current level, no doubt. I hope to advance to even higher levels! :) Patience and hard work!

  • Sticking to the old sumo DL eh? Very nicely done, congratulations on the new PR!!

I don't care who lifts more or less than me either; but for you I make an exception. When i'm as far into my training as you are, I hope to be making the same lifts and to have your strength!

Hopefully I will one day surpass you in this lifetime: but that is many years of dedication in coming and I am willing to try with everything I am worth!

Keep on pushing those barriers brother!
