what do you thing about the super and ultra finisher of zangief,,,,,i mean, the final atomic has 2 german suplexes and an awesome, fast, and in a top of the roof to fall in a spining piledriver and the ultimate atomic has 1 geman suplex, a backbreaker(not so special) and the spining piledriver but slow and not in a high height.

I always hated the fact that for most players the only way to do Zangief's and various other SF grapplers' supers is to jump in while doing the joystick rotation. But I suppose that since those are some of the most powerful supers they had to make them harder to pull off..

Yes, if it zaps 50% of your opponent's health (for a normal character like Ryu or Ken). Its even more more on the girls, El Fuerte, Akuma and Seth.
