OH and enjoy the MacBook pro. It's a good machine :)

Thanks for the compliment & comments, Mike. One thing I love about traveling here is a condo like that in the USA would be an arm and a leg to rent. Way cheaper here.

Nice video Ken, the hotel looks very classy. I too love to travel, but haven't been to Bangkok yet. Just ordered a Macbook Pro and saw your "unpacking" video. Enjoy your videos! Mike in Tampa

suite for 110? what a deal, was that standard price or discounted?

It's discounted. I used agoda. they have great customer service. I had a problem once and they handled it great. I used to use A___R___ but I don't use them anymore because they had poor customer service resulting in me having to charge back. I'm working on getting an associate account with Agoda, because I like using them so much. I also started a website abettertripDOTc0m in order to consolidate all my travel junk and hopefully make a dollar or two on referrals.

Awesome! It was so good that I checked back in for my last couple days of my trip! If you have the time and inclination check out the first class theater at Central World Plaza. Not only is it the closest, it's the fanciest (best to me) one of the malls in the area. Save some appetite as it includes a very nice catered light tea set (small meal). Cost is about 20 a person. Have a fantastic trip!
