  • i have a bussiness, since the credit crunch, everything fall apart even with a bussiness plan, even if i change the bussiness plan, the custome is not here any more,i mean not as much that it use to be,we tried advertisement, promotion try to reach for customer, take care of our exiting customer, and ex customer,i might losse my bussiness not because of me but of the credit crunch,so no matter what bussiness plan you have the bills still have to be paid that the real problem

  • A business plan does not guarantee a businesses success. However, if it is a well written business plan then it will provide a good platform for the success of your business.

You wouldn't build a house without a plan right? Well, with business its the same thing, planning provides the foundations that you can then build your business upon.

  • that was a very good explination. although i was hoping u would explain yourself a little more in section 7. make an example of a proces and then show us a way around it.

  • Hi Adam, more videos are on the way shortly to help demystify the process..

  • I don't know if it's just me or whether anyone else feels like this but. I understand most of what he is talking about but only as a whole picture. When i come to actually writing a plan i have no idea where to start especially with things like financial projections etc. Or what my sales channel isgoing to be. I can thoroughly describe who it is aimed at, who will use my service, how they will use it but I don't know how to get it out there. I almost feel like i want someone to hold my hand.

  • The best thing you can do is speak with your accountant or a business consultant and they will help you write this part of your business plan.

  • I agree that the layout described here is a good one. I'm currently putting together several series of YouTube videos explaining exactly these sections in more detail . I've already got most of the financial forecasting videos up - click on my name below to visit the channel and see them.
