ShephardReborn reads - System Shock 2 Fan Fiction by Ken Levine - Part 1

Well, I said there won't be any new Pacifist's Approach till September, but I just couldn't leave you guys with nothing to watch ... or rather listen to, till I'm back. So, here's something I've been planning to do a while ago, but never had particularly strong incentive to sit and record.

First episode of a special series - "ShephardReborn reads" :-)

It's a lot of hard work to record such thing - a lot of sweat and frustration. I hope I sound ok, and my narration is pleasant to listen.

PS. I am so sorry about my sloppy french accent :P I'll do better next time, There's going to be another two parts, the second one will be released soon, the third when I'm back from the Capital.

Lots of people who enjoy listening to your voice also probably like Johnny Depp's voice - relaxed, paced, slightly melodic, good inflection. You could read a newspaper or shopping list and people would enjoy listening. The room and microphone you use also have nice acoustics that do not detract.

Doing the female-ish French accent can't be easy and stresses your voice a bit - something we're not used to hearing. It's still a good job, though, and I appreciate the work that went into it. =)

@BenSS2 Yeah, my french accent is bit sloppy:P, I was going to record everything in my ordinary voice, but then I thought it would be much more interesting to give characters accents. A good idea, but quite tricky, I never even attempted french accent before, Amy Walker's accent tips helped a bit, but still ... I'll improve it, next time:-)

@ProDCloud Marie Delacroix is supposed to be a french chick, you can't make a character more french with such a surname :-) Besides she sometimes adds french words in audio logs you listen during the game.
