Well WWII was caused by the United States warmongering against and attacking Japan and Germany under FDR while claiming to be a "neutral" country.
Iraq was caused by Saddam Hussein attempting to get WMD's while he was under strict accords NOT to after invading a neutral country 12 years earlier.
So you're right, there's no comparison-- but it's BACKWARDS from what you claim.
