In some states in the USA like Denver, Ohio, Portland, Indianapolis, Maine, New England, Delaware, Texas, Boston, and many more you have to pay both ways going and coming, and these highways are all 7 lanes. In the UK you pay one way except Edinburgh, Howard and parts of Manchester, and in Canada you pay both ways except in parts of Emily, Halifax, Ontario and Montreal and these are all 8 lanes highways. This was a great video though the highway looks like a airport runway with all the lights.
