League of Legends - Patch 1.0.0.133 With Sabre Wolf

Here is Sabre Wolf, our resident expert on League of Legends, breaking down the new League of Legends Patch 1.0.0.133, the Ziggs Patch. In this patch we see the new champion Ziggs, the continuation of the Jax remake, a slight buff to Ashe, nerfs to Lee Sin, Morgana and Sivir, remake to Starks Verver and Emblem of Valor along with a brand new item, the Locket of the Iron Solari. BTW, I bought Ziggs! He has a ton of damage that lasts through mid game. Too bad his scalings on his skills (including his passive) are small (about .3 each except his Q which is .65). But if you have your passive and Q up, you can take about 40% of the target HP in those two hits at level 1!!! Strong range abilities, rediculous Ult range (must play mid). If you can ignore his passive menical laughing and rambling (annoying >.>) he is an insta buy! Morellos Evil Tome is a must early buy!
