Without authenticated evidence. How can we know they are terrorists?
There are a multitude of cases of false/forced confessions in US law.
How many innocents are you willing to convict to catch 1 more guilty man?
I'm just saying the problem with your last statement is the presumption of guilt.

Statements support themselves or don't. Your appeal to discrediting based on his user handle lacks any substance to what ever debate you may be having.

Just a friendly reminder that those who sit on the fence... eventually get impaled in the ass!

Nazi's killed far more people than terrorists yet we gave them a fair trial in a civilian court.

@FeelFreeToArgue Placing the world fact in fount of your sentences does not make them true. Also if standing up for what you believe in makes you a wuss just because you don't agree, that would make you a wuss.

@Disney365Stitch How about this:
Fact: We have sucessfully conducted many other terrorism trials
Fact: These terrorists are no different from the previously successfully prosecuted terrorists, in fact, we've prosecuted people who were much worse
Fact: People who do not believe American justice can successfully convict terrorists obviously don't believe in it at all.
Fact: John Boehner, Rudy G., and John Woo are all against having trials in this country.
Fact: This makes them all wusses

that was great! :D

The ordinary criminal justice system is the ONLY justice system terrorists should be tried in. It's the only way to guarantee their civil rights and rights as human beings. I don't trust the military courts to try terrorists fairly worth beans. At least in a courtroom they have access to a lawyer, and will presided over by an legally impartial judge. Sorry Mark, but i don't follow your logic about this one.

Wow around the world. XD
That is so burnt...
Kind of reminds me of those show trials in the former USSR: evidence produced under torture: check !
evidence to the contrary not allowed for reasons of national security: check ! Defendant not convicted: remains in prison regardless. Check !
Not that I'm defending terrorists, but hey, isn't this a bit too convenient ?
