  • It is estimated that close to 50 million indigenous people dies in the first 50 years after the so-called "discovery" of the New World from the diseases the Europeans brought. This dwarfs the Holocaust and the Gulag COMBINED.

  • @viktorrox what?getting mad at me for telling the truth is pointless.ever since the Europeans came over those people's lives have been hell.im not saying white people of today are the cause of it im saying those of the past are.

  • this film crew was planning to take an advantage of indigenous people for their own benefits.. and ended up learning few things from them instead......

  • @alslund Having sex with your mom is boring.

  • looks like such a boring movie zZzZzZz

  • Brothers and sisters they made this film to deceive the masses these people they found in the new land were not just any ordinary people and Colombus the murderer knew this. These wicked men who conquered the land Knew they were the Children of Israel.

  • @Eurydikeable Oh Child of Israel turn to the commandments for we are the Children of Israel in 721 ad we came to the new land from the captivity of the Assyrians

  • The corporation

  • @burnticeblues Read some of the letters of the conquistadors. The diseases may not have been their fault, but the rape and torture of the native people was most definitely their fault. They killed the native people for sport. They knew full well what they were doing when they invaded. It was the plan all along to kill them in order to subdue them to the empire.

  • Does anyone know if this will be released as a region 1 DVD? I saw it and want to buy it! However, I can only find it "on-demand" and I'd rather have a physical copy. Movies like these always bring me to tears. As a Guatemalan Mayan, I feel not enough people are really aware of what happened during the conquest of the Americas, nor are they aware that natives are still oppressed today.

  • very good film. breathtaking!

  • I can't wait for it to come out!
