Autumn Dreams 2009 Photo Slideshow

Hello, everyone. Sorry that I took so long to complete this. My computer has been very uncooperative lately, so I had to use one of my flash drives (well not mine specifically) to use the resources on my Dads computer and export the video from there. And it was an even bigger pain in the ass, uploading the video on the site. Ive been getting some stupid unknown error. Unfortunately, I had to use a WMV format just to submit this video, so it wont be shown in the best quality as I wanted it to be. I will never work with Camtasia Studio again, since YouTube couldnt take the mov. version from it. Well, now that thats done, this is my latest submission.

Apparently, yes, I had fun developing this video through an anime styled opening. I had to use an online translator for the Japanese words mixed with the title so, if there are any errors, let me know because I dont know Japanese, and Im not aware of any language errors whatsoever.

So this videos a slideshow of when I was at a convention called Autumn Dreams, which was from FridaySunday, Oct 9-11. It was convention about anime, or something that was Japanese related. People dropped in, wearing anime costumes, some of their own, and even some that were dressed in furry costumes. I was Kazuma from S-cry-ed (have trouble pronouncing that), and she was San from Miyazakis Princess Mononoke. There was an art gallery where a couple of people shared their artwork, there was a video-game section which was crowed everyday (you can figure), a room resembling a theatre for anime movies/shows, and a souvenir store that was filled with DVDs, Manga books, plushies, and other various Japanese products. There was also a cosplay on one of the nights, which was a show where people, including me, participated in and presented our costumes on stage.

So here are the pictures I took from my camera when I was at the convention. Now as you can tell, I have very little videos to share from what I have, and I dont have any clips from the cosplay. They were recorded, however, from my girlfriends flip camera, so if you like, you can go to her page, and watch the show from there.

I too was up there with Tracy as San, and personally I didnt do well. But it did make her happy when participating. So with that said, please dont make fun of me. -_-

For the clips that were used in the video are also videos of their own in which I will gladly have submitted on my page. Im also well aware that not all the pictures are well taken. Some are blurry, and some had to be darkened through Photoshop. Not even that worked. So to anyone who wasnt happy about there snapshot, I fully apologize. My camera cant work very well sometimes.

Anyways, thats about it. I had fun at Autumn Dreams, although it was crowded at times. I made friends, bought some plushies, and even danced. Its such a shame though that they didnt play Caramelldansen at the very end. I was told 2008 was abusive over that song. I wouldve loved to have seen that happen. :D

For 2010, no. Due to the economy, there wasn't enough for this year. So we have to wait over a year from now instead.
