http://bradscottfitness.com Workout with me with this amazing home ab and back workout. All you will need is a pull up bar, ab straps and some motivation.
These 11 workouts will get you looking ripped.
1. 12 wide grip pull ups
2. 10 wide grip pull ups with legs up
3. 20 knee raises
4. 10 leg raises
5. 20 swimmers
6. 20 scissors
7.10 close grip pull ups
8. 10 close grip pull ups with legs out
9.20 bar checks
10.10 reverse grip pull ups
11.6 upside down pull ups
12. 20 side knee raises

  • This was just what I was looking for! They just installed a new machine in the gym in my building and it came with a pull up bar and I just bought the Ab slings to do the knee raises for my abs as most of the excercises I do now are just not that effective anymore.   • @willo218 If you run alot youll lose your man boobs. Itll take a while but eventually theyll go away
