Lonsdale Trucking Inc. Problem

Workers on strike for not receiving pay in 3+ months. Most have families and are not asking for a raise or benefits... Just the pay owed to them for their work. This was on the news, Channel 34. Cemex, Please do not renew contract with David Lonsdale Inc. He has cheated everyone of their money. He owes $15-20 thousand to each driver. The full unit drivers have not been paid in over 6 months and the lonsdale truckers have not been paid in 3+ months. If none of you believe this, ask David Lonsdale yourself at his new home, which cost 1.5mil in Riverside, CA. Go visit him yourself, the address is: 14196 Tuscany Ct, Riverside, CA, 92508. Here is the letter that was sent to Cemex Headquarters in Houston, TX:
Dear Cemex,

We are workers from California, working for David J. Lonsdale. He is a broker for Cemex working in Southern California. This man has refused to pay us for 3+ months. Most of us having families to take care of that we simply cannot afford to do. He has even refused to pay the full unit drivers for 7+ months. We need your help to attain our pay. We are not asking him for better pay or other benefits, we just ask for our salary. The money that he owes us. He states that he does not have the money to pay his workers, but on April 8, 2009, he bought a home in Riverside at the cost of 1,500,000. The address to this home is:

Riverside, CA, 92508
We know that many people from the local offices of Cemex receive bribes from David Lonsdale, some of which are expensive trips to other countries and tickets to sporting events, in order to maintain his contract with Cemex. We ask that you help us by pushing David Lonsdale into giving us our pay. He owes $15-20 thousand to each driver, the total estimating at $500 thousand. I hope you understand our desperate situation. We need the money to feed our families and are honorable workers, however, we cannot continue working like this because of the fault of an abusive employer. Thank you for your attention. If anything, at least help us by not renewing the contract with David Lonsdale and Dean Gulp, his manager.

What about Lonsdale paying EVERYONE that is owed money. And yes, we all go through hard times, but that doesn't mean we have the right to take advantage of others and discriminate against them. Why do you say these are false accusations? Are you trying to say that all these men are out there day by day for no reason? What they're doing is fighting for their rights. You should be careful in your posts, they make you look ignorant and blatantly in union with Lonsdale. FRAUD IS FRAUD!

david lonsdale pay your workers you thieve. you thought they would just walk away and not do anything but you were wrong. your going to loose your contract with cemex which is good cemex is a good company and shouldnt deal with a thieve like you. ironic about this that cemex is a mexican company from mexico and those not being paid are mexican.

just so everybody knows. We were all very well liked by mr lonsdale until we decided we could no longer live on promises. we patently waited for lonsdale to say hey guys i am having trouble paying my bills, instead he blamed cemex for paying him late so I called cemex and guess what they have been paying on time all along. and he then just started paying 2 months late then it turned into 3 months and now it will be 4 months. the funny thing is that some are being payed on time answer me that?
