Just fence it off and forget about it. We can't affect neolithic tribes in another time period and we shouldn't attempt it. This is the natural course of evolution and in 10,000 years they will probably advance to the point that they can form a society... by then we'll probably be living in space as a more advanced genetically engineered race and they won't know we exist, much like the relationship between us and the uncontacted South American tribes and Sentinel island today.
